Programmes
A pathway beyond the initial intervention, at whatever depth the pattern needs.
Different patterns call for different levels of support — from a focused starting point to an intensive, structured pathway.
Every programme begins with the intake questionnaire and includes feedback check-ins between sessions.
What the intensive pathway looks like
30-Day Reset Intensive — 12 sessions across 30 days, delivered as an intensive reset (three sessions a week), $3,333 NZD. It does not replace rehabilitation, medical care, addiction medicine, or clinical mental-health care — it offers a different, technology-supported pathway focused on the pattern itself.
Alongside a clinic
Run as an add-on alongside a 30-day in-accommodation rehabilitation stay, without adding to the clinic’s roster or overhead. A complementary, technology-supported reset that sits next to the clinical programme rather than inside it.
On its own · self-referral
For clients who don’t feel they need in-accommodation rehab — perhaps a support group is enough for the moment — but want a focused month to get a pattern under control and get on top of life, at a fraction of a clinical stay.

Everyday & recurring patterns
These are the patterns many people live with quietly — familiar, repetitive, often dismissed as “just a habit” or “just stress.” Overwhelm, anxiety, panic and fear, low mood and burnout often sit here too. They’re the names people know, and there is often an older trauma pattern underneath. These are typically where Unravel Bundles or Maintenance sessions are the right starting point.
Significant & complex patterns
These often involve real physiological dependence, complex trauma, or safety considerations. They’re typically where the 30-Day Reset Intensive and referral through a treating clinician or clinic are the right starting point.

Working alongside your clinician. For patterns involving physical dependence — including alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids such as fentanyl or heroin — stopping can carry real medical risk. Unravel works alongside your prescriber or treating clinician, not in place of them, and does not manage medical detox or supervised withdrawal.
